Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed) and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- The item must be purchased from our website at www.glitzxcharm.com.
- Sale or discounted items may be non-returnable (unless defective).
- Personal care items such as cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged.
Note: We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us:
Reach out to our customer service team at info@glitzxcharm.com or call (585) 360-2623 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return. -
Return Authorization:
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please make sure to include this RA number on your return package. -
Packaging:
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. Include the RA number and any other required documentation. -
Shipping the Return:
Return the items to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund after we receive the returned item. Once processed, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or an error occurred on our part.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the steps for a return and place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@glitzxcharm.com or (585) 360-2623. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for returning the item at no cost to you.
Once we receive the item, we will either:
- Offer you a replacement (subject to availability)
- Process a full refund to the original payment method
Note: Please retain any packaging materials and take photos of the damaged or defective items for us to assist you more efficiently.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@glitzxcharm.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel it for you and issue a full refund. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If you are returning an item for a refund, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
- If you are returning items due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your payment provider. It may take additional time for the refund to process.
